Pick Ups
We do allow pick-ups from our warehouse in Ringwood, Victoria. Pick-ups are available Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm
Delivery guidelines below still apply to Pick Ups. Therefore items not listed as "In Stock" will be able to be picked up after 4-5 business days. Please call 03 9761 7622 for pick up details.
When Will I Get My Order?
Items listed as "In Stock!" are shipped next business day. Shipping may take 1 - 5 days depending on your location.
Items that state "This item will take 7 days to deliver to you" or "Ships from us in 4 business days": these items are in stock with our suppliers, or in transit to our warehouse. Your item will be shipped from our despatch warehouse once it has been received, you should refer to the grid below for expected delivery time.

Weekend orders (anything ordered after 3.30pm on a Friday) would be delivered Monday week.
Items listed as "At supplier warehouse - Ships from us in 10-14 days": these items are in stock with our suppliers, or in transit to our warehouse. Your item will be shipped from our warehouse once it has been received (usually within 7-14 days)
Please note: Orders using Bank Deposit/Money Order payment methods are not covered by the delivery guideline above. Once your payment has been cleared, you will receive an email confirmation. Use the day this email is sent as a guide to work out expected delivery from the grid above.

Shipping Costs
Australian Shipping
Delivery costs are:
$9.95 flat rate for all parcels. We ship daily via StarTrack Express Couriers.
Delivery is usually 1-2 business days but can sometimes takes longer for rural or remote areas.
Orders over $100 will require a signature for delivery. If you are not going to be home to accept delivery it is recommended to use an alternative delivery address where somebody can sign for the parcel. Alternatively, a card may be left by the courier advising you of how to obtain your parcel.
Please note: If your item is returned to us because of incorrect addressing or because delivery was attempted but not possible, you will be required to pay an additional delivery fee to have the parcel delivered again. So please ensure your address is correct!
International Shipping (Outside Australia)
International shipments (if available) are sent via Australia Post International Airmail, or Express Post depending on your chosen method. (Please Note: Australia Post Air Mail is a regular mail service and does not have a tracking number.)

Some articles can not be sent internationally for example hazardous materials or very large items.
